The role

We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to join our team. You’ll own a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle focused on closing deals with auto finance companies, banks and credit unions.
This is a hands-on role. You will lay the foundation for our B2B sales motion -- from infrastructure to prospecting, relationship building, running deep discovery, and navigating procurement and compliance -- all while building the playbook to scale.

What you’ll do

  • Own complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to signed agreement
  • Build and manage pipeline targeting auto lenders, captives, and banks
  • Collaborate with our engineering teams to develop new solutions, shape our product roadmap and service design
  • Maintain ongoing, strategic relationships with customers to drive adoption, renewals, new opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful time selling into financial services (ideally banks, auto lenders, captives, or adjacent).
  • Proven success in developing strong customer relationships and exceeding sales goals in long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong and persistent consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Comfort in early-stage company environments—no existing playbooks, lots of ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bonus points for existing relationships or network within auto finance or banking decision-makers.
